Easily one of my favorite museums I have been to. The Marc Chagall pieces made me fall in love with this artist. There is so much to see here, it is worth the admission price.Maddie H的完整评论

The Albertina offers a great mix of permanent and temporary exhibition, featuring artists like Picasso and Monet. It’s a fantastic place to visit and to fully enjoy the visit, plan for about 3h.Mateusz_rys95的完整评论

This square has the Albertina Museum on it, which I presume is the origin of the name. It also had a statue atop the museum building, and sculptures, including the Monument Against War and Fascism. W…SnowyShasta的完整评论
Hi- My mom and I will be visiting Vienna in mid-March, and the two possible times we have for visiting the Albertina are Friday evening (around 6:30 pm) or Monday morning (around 10:30 am). In either case we hope to spend about two hours in order to see the permanent collection, the special exhibition of the Liechtenstein collections, and the state rooms. Does anyone have an idea about which of the two times would be better in terms of smaller crowds? Or do you think that in March it shouldn't be too crowded at either time? Many thanks!

Use the free lockers... we went straight to the coat check and were charged 1€ for our bag without realising the lockers were free. They said nothing about free lockers (and I speak German). So I will be happy if you use the free locker and deprive them of a euro!
