I would go with the mausoleum since you have limited time. Coming from Kingston (where the museum is) there’s a lot of traffic if you don’t leave before 2 pm.

It's in Kingston which is pretty much the other end of the island from Negril. It's around a 4 hour drive to Kingston from Negril.
