Hi all! I will be in Sofia on the 14th and 15th of August, and would like so much to visit this attraction everyone says it is amazing. Unfortunately, the private tours are really expensive (I have read ~150€ cost for the trip regardless of the number of people), and the cars to rent are mostly sold out for this days. Does anyone plan to go to Buzludzha on the 14 or 15. Maybe we could split the cost of a private tour, or if you have a car rented share the costs and the driving hours :). Thanks a lot!! Marcos

Hi buddy, maybe you should try some places in the Chipka village. Its half an hour from Buzludzha (13 km). There is some local people who could help you out with affordable transportation. As a exemple, back in July, the owner of "Chipka IT Hotel" (Mr. Ivan) offered to drive us there. It could be an option if you decide to sleep in his hotel (very good price). It worth it and you can also visit some Thracian tombs in the same time in the area. Good luck! :)
Hi bro, I saw you said there are some sensors at the small and illegal entrance of Buzludzha, is there any other possibilities to enter?? I am really looking forward to enter in... Thanks for your response!!

I don't thing there is regular public transport. There are some small guest houses/ hotels near the abundant building, but is very unlikely there is daily buses. A car is much more convincing as you can explore not only the monument, but also plenty of other interesting sites- anciant Thracian tombs, etc. spend few days, visit Plovdiv, Hissaria, the valet of the thraciant Kings, Kazanlak, etc.
