Hi Carole, Audio tours are the most comprehensive way to explore the Hall and are offered most days for free. The self-guided audio tour takes visitors through the concert hall’s history from conception to completion. For more details, please check their website. The schedule is there as well. As far as I know, there was no reservation required. We just went there during the working hours (10am to 2 pm) and took an audio guided tour. Hope this helps. Happy visiting :) N

It is really only a place to go if you're visiting the Disney Hall for a concert. Otherwise, there are better options like Otium, on the other side of the Broad museum.
