Hi, You can use the Daihan Express bus from Incheon to Jeonju. The bus goes from both passenger terminals. You can find more info on the Daihan website. Unfortunately, I cannot include the link here. Just try to Google „Daihan Limusine Korea“ (no spelling mistake, they write it like this). The ride takes about 4 - 4.5 hours and costs 31000 KRW. The bus is very comfortable. The driver will stop about halfway for refreshments, toilet etc. From Jeonju Terminal to Hanook village it’s just a 10 min. Taxi ride. Have a good trip!

Cars are definitely able to go within the village. The village is really just an area in the city, different from the surrounding areas simply because of the style of buildings.....and it's function as a tourist area. My experience in Jeonju and all of Korea is that taxis are cheap and a great way to get around cities if you are unfamiliar with the bus or train system. Getting a taxi is a good idea.

Hi. I'm sorry for the delayed response. Jeonju is a great area with lots of sights for the whole family. We stayed at Gaeunchae Hanok and the owner speaks English and can give lots of hints where to go. I don't know if the whole Hanok can accommodate 12 people but it's worth asking. I'm pretty sure he had about 5-6 rooms. Book asap wherever you decide to stay because 12 is a lot for most places to accommodate. Hope this helps... have a great time! It should be beautiful in May!
