I believe they are open on Sundays but I also think that everything is done on guided tours and from 1-3 day retreats , the one we took was a guided day tour but they also have wildlife tours (animal/bird watching tours ) so some are f the several day tours can be quite extensive , certainly times they also offer a campground type breakfast. This information is all on their website as some things may be seasonal.
