The self guided tour through the house was well organised with lots of interesting information about the house and its history. Gardens were nice, particularly the walled garden. Well worth a visit. 136charlesk的完整评论

We are thinking of making a quick stop at this castle following a tour and tasting at a nearby distillery. I see that the castle closes at 4. My question is-How much time should we alllow ourselves to tour the castle? Thanks.

I would definitely say at least 2 hours. I can’t remember if the falconry show is at 2:00 pm or 4:00pm, but I’m thinking it’s at 2:00. This is a STUNNING castle and the show is excellent!
