Hi All, I wanted to say that - yes, I took my suitcase and left it at the front ticket checking area at Arkadi. The people at the counter were incredibly friendly, and they kept it in the nearby room for me, while I took a look at the monastery. Hope it helps someone who plans to do the same thing.
