We went during the noon time and no wait. I would recommend going during the evening. It definitely is better than day time.

How long is the wait, typically, to ride the carousel?
答:
We were there late in the evening (around 8pm) in April and we only had to wait for the next ride. It was a lovely unexpected ride and very pretty. Just quirky and a bit unusual to do.
