I understand this from local, the best time to hike Poon Hill or around Annapurna region is in October. Anyway there are two main session .. one is after winter session which start in March end in May ... then there is raining session ... so the sky will be cloudly most of the time ( not a good view ) and another hiking or trekking season is late September October till November. This is the most crowded / peak season. So if you go during peak season .. you may not get accommodation at tea house ... if you are going on your own ( best is book it and you have guide ). Not only that ... the food there you order in any of the restaurant during peak season, you gotta wait quite long... for the serving to arrive your table. Their normal time of serving is minimum half and hour and above , this is the fastest you will get ur food during OFF peak season.
