Didn’t take the boat ride - the view from above was quite enough for us! Also, try Nestle coffee place on the other side - right next to Starbucks! Super good
Once you are in Beirut center, take any taxi and ask to be driven there. From any point of central Beirut, it's around 20 minutes by taxi. Should not cost more than $10.
