Yes! We only had a few hours as well but enjoyed every minute. The ocean air is refreshing. There are many vehicle pull offs offering different water views and photo opportunities. The point is so enjoyable. There is a generous parking lot but those who are handicapped can pull right up to the rocks. We saw several restroom facilities along the way as well.
