卡尔加里，当地华人及港澳台又译为卡加利，又译卡加立、卡技利，简称卡城，是位于加拿大艾伯塔省南部落基山脉山麓的城市，是该省最大城市，加拿大第三大都会区温哥华以东、以及第一大都会区多伦多以西之间最大的城市，也是加拿大的第五大都会区暨第三大城，城市人口约130万。 卡尔加里是艾伯塔省的经济、金融和文化中心，工程师密度位居加拿大全国第一，并多次被评为“世界上最干净的城市”。其为1988年第15届冬季奥运的主办都市，2009年第40届国际技能竞赛亦在此举行。
