The National Weather Service issued a flood warning at 11:47 a.m. on Monday valid from 8 p.m. until Wednesday 5 p.m. for Hampden and Hampshire counties.

A flood warning was issued by the NWS Raleigh NC on Monday at 1:37 a.m. valid from 5 a.m. until Tuesday 5 a.m. for Johnston County.

On Sunday at 2:51 p.m. a flash flood warning was released by the NWS Raleigh NC in effect until 6 p.m. for Wake County.

A flood advisory was released by the National Weather Service on Sunday at 10:54 a.m. in effect until 8:45 p.m. for Josephine County. The weather service states, "Urban and small stream flooding caused by excessive rainfall is expected."

On Sunday at 8:35 p.m. the NWS Blacksburg VA released a flood advisory in effect until 11:45 p.m. for Rockingham County. The NWS says, "Flooding caused by excessive rainfall is expected."

The National Weather Service issued a flood advisory at 1:27 a.m. on Sunday in effect until 4:30 a.m. for Barbour, Bullock and Russell counties.
