Jordan Love’s receiver group is adding another speedster. Senior ESPN NFL Reporter Jeremy Fowler reported Tuesday that former Chiefs wideout Mecole Hardman is signing with the Packers. The Packers confirmed the signing officially in a release on Thursday morning.

Mecole Hardman’s fiancée is heartbroken to leave their life in Kansas City. Chariah Gordon shared an emotional farewell to the Chiefs’ WAGs on Instagram after Hardman, a wide receiver and return specialist, signed a one-year deal with the Packers, according to multiple reports.

Mecole Hardman, who spent all but five of his 80 NFL games with the Chiefs, is off to the Green Bay Packers. ESPN’s Jeremy Fowler was first to report that Hardman is signing a one-year deal with Green Bay. Hardman has had an eventful career with the Chiefs, who made him a second-round pick from Georgia in 2019.
