Casey Mittelstadt was once a decorated high school athlete, and the next chapter of his hockey journey will take place in Boston.

But Boston did add quite a few players, including a seasoned NHL veteran in Casey Mittelstadt.

NHL trade deadline, the Boston Bruins acquired forward Casey Mittelstadt from the Colorado Avalanche as a part of the Charlie Coyle trade. The hope now is that Mittelstadt will provide the Bruins' top six with more offense.
