U.S. District Judge James Boasberg had ruled against Trump’s deportation plans that sent hundreds of immigrants to El Salvador despite the judge’s order to halt the flights. The Trump administration on Monday invoked a “state secrets privilege” and refused to give Boasberg additional information about the deportation flights.

A total of 18 senior White House and National Security Council officials, such as White House Chief of Staff Susie Wiles, Middle East negotiator Steve Witkoff, and Trump confidant Stephen Miller, also were on the chat, Goldberg, who was identified as “JG” on the chat, reported.
