Tamek Skinner, 30, was killed when his car was struck from behind by a tractor-trailer in West Hartford, Conn.

The BMW driven by Skinner was registered to a Marietta, Ohio, resident named Aaliyah Williams. The tractor-trailer had New Jersey license plates and was registered to a dealer in Hillsborough.
