Webuye,Kenya: Webuye East MP Alfred Sambu belonged to two political parties at the time of his election, contrary to the law, a petitioner challenging his election has told the Bungoma High Court.

BUNGOMA, KENYA: Bungoma High Court on Monday upheld the election of Webuye East Member of Parliament Alfred Sambu. The Court ordered the petitioner Moses Lukoye (a voter) to pay sh4 Million cost.
