A Florida bus driver fatally shot two passengers during an early-hours ride — even though drivers are banned from being armed, authorities said. The unidentified Metrobus driver opened fire when a fight broke out about someone bringing a bicycle on the bust just before 3 a.m. Sunday in Miami Gardens, sources told the Miami Herald.
