Dead fish found floating in a stormwater retention pond in Waterloo have been cleaned up by city workers. The pond is located in the residential area of Erbsville Road and Creekside Drive.

The Hakodate city government has received dozens of inquiries about the dead fish. Locals have called mainly to offer advice or volunteer to collect and dispose of the fish, city officials said.
