A resident of the Spruce Creek Del Webb community in Summerfield was arrested after he allegedly pointed a gun at a fellow resident over politics.

A nationwide active adult community is expanding in Parrish and marketing specifically to Gen X. National developer Del Webb announced Monday it will expand its footprint in Parrish in Manatee County.
