Harris County Constable Deputy Sheila Jones was released from the hospital Tuesday, one day after she was shot in Downtown Houston.

Authorities said Deputy Sheila Jones was wounded when a shootout with an armed suspect and multiple law enforcement officers ensued in downtown.
