All he has done for the past decade, he says, is depict the passage of time ... paintings of what have become familiar subject matters to those who follow his practice: his family and his dogs.

But his contribution to art history has flown under the radar in Australia. His family hopes that placing four original artworks for public auction for the first time in Australia will change that.
