Back in October, Lodge barely escaped injury when the giant slab of the Rims broke off above their house. The slab broke into smaller pieces, and one of them, a 50-ton boulder, smashed into the home.

Sixty percent of the structure is made from huge boulders. The walls, floors, and ceilings alternate between stucco and rock, creating an extremely earthy feel as well as an interesting floorplan.
