Emergency responders tackled a massive explosion in waters near England early Monday after a cargo ship and oil tanker collided, causing fires on both vessels and sending dozens to the hospital.

LONDON -- The master of a container ship has been arrested after it collided with an anchored oil tanker Monday in the North Sea, the manager of the container vessel confirmed to ABC News.
