One state lawmaker has filed a bill that would repeal a state law that gave way to a rash of book bans in Tennessee schools.

(WJAR) — The Freedom to Read Act has been introduced in Rhode Island, and on Wednesday, state senators will hold a hearing to learn more about the proposed legislation against book bans.
