WhatsApp is set to introduce a small but significant change to its voice recording feature in an upcoming update, making the process of sending voice notes smoother and more user-friendly.

The older voice messages will display the old bar form. While playing a voice message you will see an icon to the right showing 1x but with this update, you can switch from 1.5x speed to 2x speed.
