MOSCOW (Reuters) -Russian air defences repelled an attack by four drones flying towards Moscow, Mayor Sergei Sobyanin said on Friday, with no injuries reported in the capital or in an earlier attack on an oil complex in one of Russia's southern regions.

The Ministry of Emergency Situations of Russia has issued instructions according to which civilians "in no case should", in particular, "shoot down drones with improvised objects and other means," as well as use "radio equipment and mobile phones and GPS devices near the drone.
