Los Angeles County District Attorney Nathan Hochman has asked the court to withdraw his predecessor's motion for resentencing for Lyle and Erik Menendez.

Reversing his predecessor, District Attorney Nathan Hochman said there were “legitimate reasons” to justify the withdrawal.
