The King and Queen honored their late mothers on Mothering SundayKing Charles is honoring the late Queen Elizabeth on U.K. Mother's Day.On Sunday, March 30, King Charles, 76, shared a throwback photo of him as a child with his mother Queen Elizabeth — who died in September 2022 at age 96  — on the Royal Family's official Instagram.

In honor of the United Kingdom's Mother's Day, or Mothering Sunday, Charles shared a black-and-white photo of his mom, Elizabeth, appearing to help him read alongside his sister, Princess Anne, at the Royal Windsor Horse Show in 1956.
