DALLAS (AP) — A former pastor of a Texas megachurch who resigned after a woman accused him of sexually abusing her in the 1980s has been indicted in Oklahoma on child sexual abuse charges, that state’s attorney general’s office said Wednesday.

California inmate Scott Peterson was injured at Mule Creek State Prison on Sunday, state officials said. The convicted murderer was involved in an "incident with another person" and suffered "minor injuries" March 9, a California Department of Corrections and Rehabilitation spokesperson told NewsNation affiliate KRON.
