智通财经APP获悉，据消息人士透露，法国运动用品店Decathlon (迪卡依)正考虑出售其中国业务约30%的股份，潜在估值可能达到10亿美元或更高。目前，迪卡侬已与一家顾问公司合作，并吸引了部分潜在投资者的兴趣。尽管如此，迪卡侬也有可能选择不出售这部分业务，而是考虑其他方案来支持其在中国市场的进一步发展。迪卡依表示，公司依然致力于在中国的长期发展。
