Parents from Elmont High School in Long Island are demanding that schools within the rival Bellmore-Merrick School District be off sports schedules due to alleged race issues.

The decision was announced at a Sewanhaka Central High School District school board meeting at which Elmont parents complained about racist harassment at games with Bellmore-Merrick teams.
