A 21-year-old Woodbridge woman was killed early Friday morning in a crash on Interstate 495, Virginia State Police said.

The Rappahannock Area Community Services Board received a $90,000 grant from the Mary Washington Hospital Foundation to support behavioral healthcare services in Fredericksburg City Schools.
