The Crown Prosecution Service has authorised a charge of corporate manslaughter against Pontins' parent company, Britannia Jinky Jersey Ltd.

The parent company of Pontins holiday parks has been charged with corporate manslaughter after part of a ceiling at a Somerset resort.
