After Vail and Beaver Creek's largest home hit the market for two months, the $25 million house is heading to auction.

Project Beaver worked with the Bureau of Land Management to restore the large rodents to the Cascade-Siskiyou National Monument. Volunteers help release beavers into a creek in February 2025.
