The National Association of Broadcasters has awarded The E.W. Scripps Company (NASDAQ: SSP) with the 2025 "Service to America" award for its relief efforts following Hurricanes Helene and Milton.

The dispute stems from AP's decision not to follow an executive order to rename the Gulf of Mexico, although AP style does cite Trump's wish that it be called the Gulf of America.
