LOUISVILLE, Ky. — The Kentucky Humane Society's longest-term shelter dog is finally getting adopted. Ivory, a two-year-old Boxer mix, has been in the shelter's care since she was a small puppy.

This week's Forgotten Friend is a six-year-old Boxer and Bullmastiff mix named Taz who was abandoned by his owner on Christmas Eve in 2023. Taz would do best in an active household with older kids.
