The hippo calf was named “Poppy” after a public poll that received over 116,000 votes from 165 countries.

The little red digits correspond to the thousands of diners the newly revived tasting menu restaurant (back after a four-year hiatus) has served since its buzzy debut in West Hollywood last November.
