The Michigan Departments of Natural Resources and Transportation and the Belle Isle Conservancy have finalized recommendations to improve travel to and around Belle Isle in Detroit.

The temperatures improved for Thursday, but the snow has created headaches for drivers. Colder weather will briefly return before a warmup.
