AURORA is a Norwegian singer, and the song comes from her 2016 debut album All My Demons Greeting Me As a Friend. Following the release of Adolescence, AURORA took to Instagram to reflect on the song's inclusion in the series, saying she finds it "beautiful".

It's the newest psychological crime series that has Netflix subscribers hooked. Variety reported that "Adolescence" earned more than 20 million views in the first few days on the streaming platform. As of Thursday morning, it is in the first spot in Netflix's top 10 television shows in the U.S.

The production designer for Netflix's new drama Adolescence says the reaction to the series has been "incredible". Adam Tomlinson, originally from Chelmsley Wood in the West Midlands, was part of the team bringing the show to life.
