2023年12月16日 · When you are in the the Pluto TV channel/app, press the Left arrow button (once or twice depending where you are in the channel/app) to bring up a left side Menu Overlay. (you should see Now Watching, Home, Channel Guide, On Demand, Search, Kids Mode, Settings, and Sign In). Select Sign In and you should be good to go. -----

2020年11月24日 · When I load Pluto TV the last channel I was watching comes on fine. Then nothing else works. I can't navigate with the back arrow to bring up the guide and no other button works either, I can't even navigate on the screen.

The Pluto TV channel, which has channels within the app, loses its channel guide info after it's been playing for an hour or two. The stream you're on continues, but there's no guide data and you can change stream channels until you go out and force restart the channel through the options menu on the Roku home screen.

2023年7月2日 · On my Roku Ultra when scrolling through the guide on plutotv it skips 3 or 4 channels at a time unless I hit the up or down really gently and fast. My streaming stick upstairs does not do this. It just started doing this about a week ago.

2020年12月3日 · Re: Pluto TV guide won't come up The current version of the Pluto TV Roku app does not work with Roku 3 hardware / firmware (or anything of a similar or earlier vintage). EMail to their "support" link results in a canned reply that (paraphrased) "The problem has been fixed by Pluto TV engineers and uploaded to Roku.

2021年10月23日 · I restarted tv, removed pluto, then restarted tv again before reinstalling pluto and it still scrolls on its own. I checked all my other channels and the basic cable guide and it is only the pluto channel. I tried the remote on my phone thinking maybe it was my remote but it does it with the phone remote as well.

Re: Pluto tv - we'll be right back You could email Pluto customer support and let them know. If enough people complain about it, they may eventually change it, but don't be surprised if they change it to more annoying commercials.

Same thing here. Reinstalling the app usually makes it work again maybe once or twice. But, some time later, the app is back to being non-responsive and unusable. Pluto obviously released their new app without bothering to test it, and also apparently don't have enough telemetry (logging) to have ...
