I would approach the torque setting in 3 or 4 steps, working around the bolt triangle. The plenum has 3 captive nuts attached (welded).

Customer: 2005 Cadillac deville 4.6 base. I need to change the gasket between the throttle body and the plenum. I ordered the part it is a rubber boot with metal bracket that bolts to back of throttle body. My question is can this be changed with out taken off the plenum.
