I just want the rose pic from my computer. The above webpage mentions selecting a picture from the computer, but all that does is change the Lock Screen background-not the Welcome background.

2022年7月6日 · That was the default for the Welcome screen in Windows 10 and I liked it. In Windows 11, I cannot see how to do it. By the Welcome screen, I mean the screen that is shown to allow a use to input credentials when Windows starts. I do not mean the Lock screen, which is shown when a user session is locked.

2022年3月16日 · After turning on my computer, after the latest update, the windows 11 background has completely disappeared - changed to black. I cant change this. In settings, if I click on background it comes up with related settings e.g. contrast and help. The option to change the background has completely disappeared. Any ideas?
