The McPizza is a discontinued McDonald's menu item which was launched in the mid 1980's, and mostly discontinued by around 2000. Currently, only one location in Orlando, Florida still serves the McPizza. The product originated as a family-sized pizza that was brought out to the table by an employee and placed on a raised rack in the center.
