Welcome to the National Association of Swing Dance Events (NASDE). Our mission is to inspire the best swing dancers in the world to compete for prizes worthy of their talent. Since 1995, NASDE has proudly awarded over $36,000 in cash prizes to hundreds of competitors.

Camp Hollywood is one of the largest and longest running swing dance camps in the world. Since 1998 we’ve been proud to offer the finest selection of international dance instructors, live music and competitors which provide a fun-filled long weekend with something for everyone!

Competitors will display their choreographed creativity without aerials, air-steps, acrobatics and lifts in this division. “On the ground” moves (such as leans, drops, slides, and splits) are allowed.

We will be celebrating the 31st Annual Capital Swing Convention, paying tribute to the many years of wonderful experiences provided to our WCS community, while implementing some fun, unique concepts to effectively move us forward into 30+ more years to come.
