2006年8月29日 · Planning on keeping the Strat as is (I like the neck anyway), but I'm now contemplating putting together a Parts-o-Caster with a Warmoth conversion neck to be PRStratty... maybe I should copyright that. So who here has experienced one of these necks? Do they function as advertised, giving you the feel of 24-3/4" on a 25.5" guitar?

2008年12月8日 · I am building a modern super-strat next so I went with warmoth, because I wanted the compound radius, 22 frets, side adjust, and the stock features of the pro model for this type of guitar. It will save me quite a few bucks in this case. For my usual preferences the warmoth ends up at least as much as the usacg because of the upcharges.

2020年5月11日 · Warmoth's "modern construction" necks are ultra-stable, regardless of the wood. It's a good design. I've got many necks here of a pretty wide variety of woods that just don't move on me, even after of years of use, and this is Michigan, where the temperature/humidity varies pretty widely over the seasons.

2013年7月25日 · I own Fender, Musikraft, Warmoth, and USACG necks. I think that all 3 replacement necks I have mentioned are better than any non-custom shop Fender. I agree with BB about USACG being slightly superior to the rest, but only in the sense that USACG necks have better fretwork out of the box.

2021年12月18日 · Example, you can get 24.75 scale on a single action truss rod (at warmoth this is only possible on their "modern" neck, which has double action truss rod). Musikraft rolls fretboard edges. For that reason, if you plan to get a neck with maple fretboard, I'd recommend musikraft. Warmoth has a wood library, they have sooooo many wood options

2013年6月1日 · Again, I don't think they will for compatibility issues. Only that neck will fit that body. Their 7/8 stuff, technically those necks work as conversion necks for the 24" stuff and vice versa. Their shortscale basses, 2 necks fit that body. Their standard scale stuff, a conversion neck and baritone neck both fit it.
