2024年11月21日 · Neither app will open anymore. Uninstalled, both, restarted the Roku, reinstalled the apps and they still will not launch. The Roku just makes it standard clicking noise when you try to open it. I’ve gone through this process numerous times. Any ideas on how to get YouTube and YouTube TV working again on the Roku?

2025年1月10日 · Roku says Youtube tv is working on a solution and Youtube says they were told OS 14 solved the problem. The issue tracking board says contact Google support. Yeah, well, good luck with that. I cancelled youtube tv, got a chromecast and subscribed to Hulu +Live TV and so far it works great.

2024年12月26日 · Whenever I open the YouTube TV app on my new Roku it opens to what ever live show/channel or recording I was viewing last and starts streaming it. It doesn't matter when I was last watching on YouTube TV; yesterday, 2 days ago, 3 days ago etc. even if it wasn't marked for recording.

2024年12月23日 · Ok here is the scenario. I I have two Roku Ultras. The old 4800x and I have the new 4850x. I use the Youtube app on both. On the 4800x (Roku 14.0.4 build 12221, Youtube v2.24 build 230) if I'm playing a Youtube video and while it is playing I press the home button, Youtube is closed and I'm taken to the Roku home screen.

Please be informed that Roku currently does not have a feature to view the preview by only highlighting the channel tile.

2024年1月29日 · This just started happening to my Roku TV today. 1/28/24. Wasn't update pushed out that caused this to happen? I didn't change any of my settings. On my TV it happens with any video playback YouTube drop out Max, all of the regular screens look fine but all of the videos are red, black and blue and pixley.

2024年11月28日 · I have been using Youtube on this TV for well over a year. Beginning today 11/24/24 when I attempt to select Youtube App on the menu, it initially opens displaying the Youtube name/image, but then goes to a blank screen. I have left it at that blank screen for 20 minutes, no progress.
