It's like that for a few days then it's anxiety and I'm awake for a few days or maybe just 24-30 hours and that f*cks my head...

Not grounding, more of a slap in the face, clarifying, short circuiting the anxiety loop. Lacking either? There are weird clusters of nerves in the wrists, and running cold water over them can sooth anxiety in a really weird way.

2024年9月3日 · To be honest this would not be the time to skip therapy imho. It might be a time to change a therapist though if she/he isn't supportive when you are having a bad time a time and your symptoms are getting worse.

2024年9月29日 · The secondary anxiety is in the morning when I try to make sense of all this, I simply don't understand it and it makes me fear that I am losing it. I take a low dose of promethazine, but this just makes me tired and doesn't keep the anxiety at bay.
